Search operation launched near Mostar: Elderly woman sought

(Patria) - At the request of the family, the Mountain Rescue Service Association in BiH (GSSuBiH) has launched a search operation for a missing elderly woman from Buna near Mostar.

The elderly woman disappeared this morning around 10:30 AM in the village of Buna, south of Mostar. Immediately after the relatives' call, search teams from ISS Mostar were deployed, joined by teams from HGSS Mostar, HGSS Čitluk, and HGSS Čapljina. Other stations of the Mountain Rescue Service Association in BiH have been put on standby.

The operation, led by Goran Mitrić from ISS Mostar, includes underwater and surface search resources, search dogs, and aerial search resources, in addition to the search teams.
