Podžić at NATO Ministerial Meeting in Brussels

BRUSSELS, (Patria) - Minister of Defence of Bosnia and Herzegovina Sifet Podžić will participate in the work of the ministerial meeting of the North Atlantic Council (NAC) at NATO Headquarters in Brussels.

The NAC is the highest political body of the Alliance, composed of permanent representatives of the 29 NATO member states. In addition to Podžić, the delegation of the Ministry of Defence of BiH also includes the Assistant Minister of Defence for International Cooperation Zoran Šajinović, as well as representatives of the Military Part of the BiH Mission to NATO in Brussels, led by the Head of the Military Part of the BiH Mission to NATO and Military Representative of BiH to the EU Brigadier Jasmin Čajić, it was announced from the Public Relations Office of the Ministry of Defence of BiH.

We remind you that Bosnia and Herzegovina strives to join NATO, which is a new announcement on the NATO website, with an updated framework regarding NATO and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Reform Program represents cooperation with NATO, according to the NATO website. The item on the MAP has been removed, while it has been added that BiH continues its cooperation.

According to them, the country's cooperation with NATO is foreseen by the Reform Program of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
