
(Patria) - The Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH has filed an indictment against Tomislav Martić, known as Tomo and Brajo, born in 1982 in Mostar, a citizen of BiH and Croatia.
The accused is charged that on August 2nd of this year, in order to gain unlawful property benefit, he unauthorizedly carried out the international transfer of the narcotic drug cocaine in the amount of about half a kilogram (508.2 grams) from the territory of Croatia to the territory of BiH.
The accused hid the aforementioned narcotic drug in the trunk of the car he was driving, and it was seized by members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RS after a search.
The accused is charged with committing the criminal offense of unauthorized trafficking of narcotic drugs from Article 195, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The indictment has been forwarded to the Court of BiH, which has confirmed it.
