Indictment filed for tax evasion amounting to approximately 48,000 KM

(Patria) - Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH has filed an indictment against Sladojević Draško, born in 1975 in Banja Luka and the legal entity "Parma Trend" d.o.o., Trn, Laktaši.

The accused is charged that during 2013, 2014, and 2015, as the director and responsible person of the company "Parma Trend" d.o.o., Trn, Laktaši, he submitted monthly VAT returns of untrue content, with the intention of reducing indirect tax payment obligations.

In the manner described, the accused did not calculate or report taxable turnover in the amount of 283,194.44 KM, and tax liabilities in the total amount of 48,143 KM, thereby damaging the budget and all citizens of BiH.

The accused legal entity - company "Parma Trend" d.o.o. Trn, Laktaši, is charged with unlawfully disposing of the said monetary amount in its business operations.

The accused are charged with the criminal offense of tax evasion from Article 210, Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
