Indictment filed in organized crime case

The Prosecutor's Office of BiH has filed an indictment against Elmedin Karišik, known as "Medo" from Sarajevo (1990), Stojan Vasiljević (2001) from Bijeljina, Nenad Jovičić, known as "Pop" (1987) from Sarajevo, and Radan Dotlić (1990) from Bihać.

All the aforementioned individuals are already in custody.

The accused are charged with, in mid-2025, following the instructions of the group's organizer, the first-accused Karišik, in order to obstruct the work of the judiciary and prevent the prosecution of organized crime cases, acquiring vehicles, technical and other equipment, after which they used GPS devices to track a prosecutor from the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, his wife, a police officer from SIPA, and a lawyer in a criminal case.

Furthermore, they are charged with physically assaulting and setting fire to the lawyer's vehicle, thereby causing material damage and endangering the safety of a larger number of citizens.

They are charged with criminal offenses: Association for the purpose of committing criminal offenses under Article 249 of the Criminal Code of BiH, in conjunction with the criminal offense of obstructing the work of the judiciary under Article 241 of the Criminal Code of BiH, the criminal offense of Grievous Bodily Harm under Article 172 of the Criminal Code of FBiH, and the criminal offense of Causing General Danger under Article 323 of the Criminal Code of FBiH.

The indictment has been forwarded to the Court of BiH, which has confirmed it.

Incidentally, the prosecutor in question is Džermin Pašić, and the lawyer is Mirsad Crnovršanin.
