DATA FROM SKY Lukač announces new arrests for crime, no one is protected

(Patria) - Minister of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska Dragan Lukač stated that the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RS continues to collect information about persons who used the "Sky" application and that based on this, there will be more arrests for committed crimes.

Lukač reminded that a large number of people in BiH used this method of communication for criminal activities. In the past period, ten police officers were arrested, and the prosecution team of the BiH Prosecutor's Office is working on several cases related to deciphered data from the Sky and Anom applications.

"In the last few months, we have been fighting organized crime in a way that the 'Sky' application has been deciphered in cooperation with Europol, as well as with prosecutor's offices in BiH. We have apprehended a large number of individuals who used this application for which we have irrefutable evidence, and I believe some of them will be convicted," said Lukač.

He said that he is sure that based on the unpacked data there will be more arrests, and that the police and prosecutor's offices were not aware of many criminal activities that occurred, and that no one will be protected.
