Serbian Government delegation sped through Sarajevo under police escort

A delegation of the Serbian Government, under heavy police escort, passed through Sarajevo's main thoroughfare at high speed, accompanied by vehicles from the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies, writes the BiH news agency Patria.

The delegation of the Serbian Government, led by Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić, arrived in the capital of BiH by plane from Belgrade, and the main city thoroughfare was blocked due to the delegation's passage, which will be received at the Europa Hotel, writes the BiH news agency Patria.

At Sarajevo Airport, guests from Serbia were welcomed by ministers of the Council of Ministers, led by the Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations, Mirko Šarović.

Members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Sarajevo Canton are present at almost all intersections, and all police and security agencies are ensuring the safety of the Serbian delegation.

A formal welcome ceremony for the delegation is planned for 9 AM on Wednesday on the plateau in front of the BiH institutions building.

At 10:00 AM, a Joint Session of the Council of Ministers of BiH and the Government of the Republic of Serbia will begin, and at 1:00 PM, the signing of agreements and statements for the press will take place.
