Session of the FBiH Government Begins: Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Oil Exploitation

The Government of the Federation of BiH will, at today's session which began in Sarajevo, declare itself on the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Exploration and Exploitation of Oil and Gas in the FBiH, in which one of the new provisions is that the Federal Government, by its decision, appoints an expert team for conducting negotiations and drafting the contractual modality, whose members must be experts in the fields of geology, mining, energy, ecology, law and economics.

The Report on Operations with the Financial Report of the Student Loan Fund of the Federation of BiH for 2015 will be considered, in which, out of 124 applications received, 115 students met the conditions for obtaining a loan.

On the agenda are also information, with proposals for conclusions, on the situation in the company Unis TOOLS d.o.o. Sarajevo, on the implementation of the Agreement on regulating the integration of service years of employees of the public company "Krivaja" d.o.o. Zavidovići - in bankruptcy in the process of selling the assets of the bankruptcy debtor, and on the work of the Commission for Revision and Implementation of the Gasification Project of the Central Bosnia Canton.

At the request of the Council of Ministers of BiH, i.e. the Ministry of Security of BiH, the Federal Government will declare itself on giving consent for the preparation of a Threat Assessment of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Risks in Bosnia and Herzegovina and for the participation of representatives of bodies and institutions of the FBiH in working groups for the preparation of this document.

Before the members of the FBiH Government is also information on the project of the Ministry of Security of BiH, whose goal is the modernization of emergency call centers in BiH and their better preparedness in the event of a natural or other disaster.
