Session of the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament Begins: Draft Laws on Contributions and Income Tax on the Agenda

The House of Peoples of the Federal Parliament began today's session with a delay of almost two hours. In the continuation of the 21st session, it is planned for the delegates of this house to declare themselves on the Draft Law on Income Tax and the Draft Law on Contributions. The Government claims that the first law will tax employees with higher salaries and spare those with salaries up to 600 KM. The second law aims to simplify the calculation of payroll taxes.

Speaking about the Draft Law on Income Tax, the non-governmental sector previously warned that the Government, through this law, is abolishing personal deductions, which is a blow to families with multiple children.

At the 22nd session of the House of Peoples, delegates will consider the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Waste Management, the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Internal Trade, the Draft Law on Concessions, the Draft Work Program of the House of Peoples of the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2017, the Draft Amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the House of Peoples of the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Draft Decision on the Professional Service of the House of Peoples of the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Draft Decision on the Joint Service of the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
