- As the best-selling vehicle in its segment, the Fabia Combi is a pillar of SKODA's growth strategy. It has everything it needs to attract new customer groups, not only to this model, but to the SKODA brand itself.
The new SKODA Fabia Combi was presented a few weeks after the premiere of the Fabia hatchback model. The car manufacturer has undertaken extensive adaptation and modernization of operations at the main plant in Mladá Boleslav for the serial production of the new Fabia model, which includes the establishment of a new, state-of-the-art facility for configuring new assistance systems, and some parts of the paint shop have also been renovated.
The new SKODA Fabia Combi offers ample space for five passengers and their luggage. The trunk has a capacity of 530 liters (1,395 liters with the rear seats folded down). In addition, the third generation of this model is even more practical thanks to as many as 17 Simply Clever solutions, ten of which are new to this version for the first time.
From higher-class vehicles, the new SKODA Fabia Combi now brings innovative safety systems, comfort, and multimedia systems, including innovative MirrorLink technology, etc. The SmartGate function is also new. It allows vehicle data to be displayed and recorded on your smartphone using special applications.
This car sets new standards when it comes to fuel consumption and exhaust emissions. The new Fabia Combi consumes up to 17% less fuel than the previous model. The most economical version will be the new Fabia Combi GreenLine, which will arrive in the second half of 2015, with a fantastic fuel consumption of 3.1 l/100 km and CO2 emissions of only 82 g/km.
The SKODA Fabia Combi has been a major player in SKODA's model lineup since 2000. To date, 1.1 million vehicles have been sold to customers worldwide, making the SKODA Fabia Combi the best-selling model in its class.
