Plan is being realized: Novalić takes over the Ministry of Energy and 27 public companies

The Federal Government today authorized FBiH Prime Minister Fadil Novalić to, upon the proposal of the Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry, adopt by-laws within the competence of this ministry until the appointment of the Federal Minister of Energy, Mining and Industry, reports the Patria news agency. 

At the same time, it authorized the Secretary of the Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry, Stipe Buljan, to sign decisions made in administrative proceedings within the Ministry's competence, orders for payment of the Ministry's financial obligations, and other acts, also until the appointment of the Federal Minister of Energy, Mining and Industry. As a reminder, this ministry is responsible for 27 public companies in which the state is the majority owner. 

The FBiH Government today gave prior consent to the Supervisory Board of BH Telecom Sarajevo for adopting the Decision on appointing Mirsad Zaimović as General Director of this joint-stock company, for a period of four years.

Prior consent was also given for the appointment of Ermin Haračić and Rasim Kovačević as acting members of the Supervisory Board of RMU „Banovići“ d.d. Banovići, for a period of up to three months.

As its representative in the delegation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for conducting negotiations on concluding a dual citizenship agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Turkey, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Government today appointed Hajradin Mekić.

By amending the previous Decision, Damir Češkić was appointed as President, and Milan Galić as a member of the Police Board for police officers of the FBiH.

Due to taking on a new position, the Government relieved Kenan Kapo of his duties as Director of the Semi-Open Type Correctional Facility in Sarajevo.

The Federal Government relieved the previous members of the Management Board of the Foundation for Providing Assistance in Resolving Housing Issues of Veteran Populations of their duties, and to these positions, temporarily for a period of 90 days, by today's Decision, Ale Hošić, Šerif Patković, Bahrija Kituša, Eso Medošević, Nikica Tomić, Dragan Radić, Jasna Zlomislić and Lazar Martinović were appointed. The Management Board elects its president from among its members.

The Federal Government amended the Decision on granting prior consent for the temporary appointment of candidates to vacant positions of members of the Supervisory Board of „Aluminij“ d.d. Mostar on behalf of state capital, and appointed Zdenko Klepić as a member of the Supervisory Board of this company.

The FBiH Government today appointed proxies to represent the Federation of BiH at assemblies of companies: Amra Đenušić (Assembly of JP Elektroprivreda HZ HB d.d. Mostar, scheduled for June 29, 2015), Dijana Smailagić (Assembly of JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. Sarajevo, scheduled for June 25, 2015), Arijana Strinić (Assembly of BH Telecom d.d. Sarajevo, scheduled for June 25, 2015) and Sakib Slijepčević (Assembly of the Brown Coal Mine „Banovići“ d.d. Banovići, scheduled for June 30, 2015).

The Federal Government relieved the representative of Posavina Canton, Marijan Vučković, of his duties as a member of the Management Board of the Health Insurance and Reinsurance Institute of the Federation of BiH, and instead appointed Berislav Živković. Also, Dragan Solomun from Central Bosnia Canton was appointed as a member of the Institute's Management Board, announced the FBiH Government.
