(Patria) - A traffic accident occurred on the roadway of Trg Austrije bb street, in the municipality of Stari Grad yesterday. The accident involved a collision and knocking down of pedestrian H.K., born in 1955, from Sarajevo, by a passenger motor vehicle of the brand "Peugeot", driven by L.M., born in 2003, also from Sarajevo.
In this traffic accident, the pedestrian sustained serious bodily injuries, which were confirmed at the Emergency Center of the University Clinical Center Sarajevo. After receiving medical assistance, the pedestrian was released for home treatment.
The duty prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton was informed about the event. The investigation was carried out by police officers from the Traffic Investigation Department, Uniformed Police Sector, as well as the Criminalistics Technology and Forensics Department, Criminal Police Sector.
