Pedophilic Horror: Family Friend Found Abusing 3-Year-Old Son in Their Home in the Middle of the Night

An incorrigible sexual offender, Günter K. (61) from Germany, has been arrested in Zagreb for the sexual abuse of a child. He inflicted his pedophilic tendencies on a three-year-old boy who is a family acquaintance, reports the Patria News Agency.

The criminal offense occurred under the cover of night between July 20 and 21, and the boy was saved from further horrors by other family members who arrived and were horrified. The police were immediately alerted to the heinous act in the heart of the Croatian capital, and they arrested the 61-year-old pervert, handcuffing him.

- The Deputy County State Attorney in Zagreb questioned the German citizen due to the well-founded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of sexual abuse of a child under the age of 15.

A proposal has been submitted to the investigating judge of the County Court in Zagreb to order pre-trial detention due to the risk of flight, influencing witnesses who need to be interviewed during the investigation, as well as the risk of re-offending - the State Attorney's Office briefly reported.

The German national has been remanded in custody due to the horrific sexual offenses. Günter K. is already known to the German police. If found guilty through court proceedings, the 61-year-old faces up to eight years in prison in one of the Croatian prisons, writes Jutarnji.hr.
