SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Republika Srpska Government's idea to give entrepreneurs only two days to apply for aid from the Solidarity Fund was a failure from the start, and given that during those two days, applications were supposed to be submitted via a website that had not been functioning for a full working day, this is already insolence, nonchalance, and irresponsibility of the Government, stated the Party of Democratic Progress in a press release.
"We demand that the Republika Srpska Government immediately start paying aid to entrepreneurs, given that in the past period, they invested hundreds of millions of marks in software systems. In this way, they have insight into the database of all business entities in Republika Srpska, which means they have all the prerequisites to start payments immediately, without further harassing entrepreneurs. We remind you that it will soon be two full months since service activities, financed from their own revenues which they could not generate during this period, have been banned, thus bringing tens of thousands of people into a catastrophic economic position," the statement said.
