Is Paris just a prelude to attacks across Europe?

The attacks committed in France in recent days may herald a wave of assassinations at the European level, according to data obtained by US intelligence services through monitoring the communications of the leaders of the Islamic State (IS) organization, writes the German magazine Bild in its Sunday edition, reports the Patria News Agency.

As the daily writes, citing anonymous sources in US intelligence services, one of its services, the NSA, allegedly intercepted communications shortly after the attacks in Paris in which IS leaders announced an imminent wave of attacks.

Paris is mentioned there as a signal for the beginning of a series of attacks on other European cities, including Rome, the paper writes, noting that no concrete attack plan is known.

US services allegedly have information according to which brothers Cherif and Said Kouachi, perpetrators of the massacre at the French satirical weekly Charlie Hebdo (12 dead), had contacts in the Netherlands, Bild also states.
