(Patria) - Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić addressed the public tonight.
Vučić said at the beginning that Serbia needs peace and stability more than ever.
"The situation in the region is very difficult, especially in Republika Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina, where verdicts have been passed in Sarajevo against the president of Republika Srpska, the prime minister, and the president of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska. We are exposed to shameless attacks from Sarajevo, even regarding the expulsion of a minister from Germany," said Vučić, adding that he had tried to talk to NATO and the EU, as well as the British, to find a compromise solution.
"A solution that will not humiliate any side. I fear that what I have heard is a desire to implement all the measures that have already been adopted against the leadership of Republika Srpska. This frightens and worries me and puts our country in a difficult position," said Vučić.
He said that a decision to arrest Dodik would be catastrophic for the entire region, including Serbia.
Vučić criticized the Serbian judiciary for opening new proceedings at this moment, referring to the villa in Dedinje.
