Bids Opened for Construction of Three New Sections on Corridor Vc

The public company Autoceste FBiH d.o.o. Mostar opened yesterday, 27 October, bids for the construction and provision of supervision services for three subsections of the motorway on Corridor Vc, namely: - section Počitelj - Bijača, subsection Počitelj - Zvirovići, LOT 1: Počitelj interchange - Počitelj bridge; - section Počitelj - Bijača, subsection Počitelj - Zvirovići, LOT 2: Počitelj bridge - Zvirovići; - section Donja Gračanica - Drivuša, subsection Klopče – Donja Gračanica.

The deadline for submitting bids was 27 October 2015 from 10:00 to 12:00 for each individual lot. Bids for the construction of the subsection Počitelj - Zvirovići, LOT 1: Počitelj interchange - Počitelj bridge were submitted by the following companies:

- TOTO Costruzioni Generali SpA (Italy), Cooperativa Muratori & Cementisti – C.M.C. di Ravenna Societa Cooperativa (Italy), Joint Venture: Hering d.d. and Viadukt d.d. (BiH and Croatia), AKTOR S.A. (Greece), Joint Venture: Strabag AG and Euro-asfalt d.o.o. (Austria and BiH), and Joint Venture: Cengiz Insaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. and Konstruktor Inženjering d.o.o. (Turkey and Croatia). Bids for the construction of the subsection Počitelj - Zvirovići, LOT 2: Počitelj bridge - Zvirovići were submitted by the following companies: TOTO Costruzioni Generali SpA (Italy), Kolin Insaat Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (Turkey), Joint Venture: Hering d.d. and Viadukt d.d. (BiH and Croatia),

Joint Venture: Strabag AG and Euro-asfalt d.o.o. (Austria and BiH), and Cengiz Insaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (Turkey). Bids for the provision of supervision services for the aforementioned lots were submitted by EGIS International (France) and Aecom Inocsa SLU (Spain). Bids for the construction of the section Donja Gračanica - Drivuša, subsection Klopče – Donja Gračanica were submitted by the following companies: Kolin Insaat Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (Turkey), Joint Venture: Euro-asfalt d.o.o. and Strabag A.G. (BiH and Austria), Azvirt LCC (Azerbaijan), Joint Venture: Viadukt d.d. and Hering d.d (Croatia and BiH), Aktor Tehnical Societe Anonyme S.A. (Greece), and Cengiz Insaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (Turkey).

A few days earlier, on 19 October, bids were opened for the provision of supervision services for the section Donja Gračanica - Drivuša, subsection Klopče – Donja Gračanica. Bids were submitted by: Joint Venture: EGIS International and IPSA Institut d.o.o. (France and BiH) and Consortium: DRI upravljanje investicij d.o.o. and Divel d.o.o. (Slovenia and BiH).

The Tender Commission of the public company Autoceste FBiH will thoroughly review all received bids, with evaluation criteria being price and technical compatibility of the bid, after which the signing of contracts is expected. The new sections will be financed from funds secured by the European Investment Bank (EIB), the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED), and the OFID Fund.
