Competition opened for 180 new employees: New wave of employment at 'Eastern Mining' company

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - 'Eastern Mining', a BiH company for the exploration and exploitation of mineral resources - zinc, lead, and barite - in the municipality of Vareš has announced a competition for a large number of positions in the administration and operations of this company.

Namely, the company is currently looking for 180 people with knowledge and skills from accounting and logistics to geology, metallurgy, and plant management.

This is the second phase of expanding the base of highly qualified personnel that 'Eastern Mining' aims to employ and train before the start of production, which is expected in the third quarter of 2023.

- I can proudly say that 95% of the current 120 employees are citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The average age of our staff is 27 years, which is another fact we are proud of.
