Father of murdered girl Vanja denied revealing her movements

(Patria) - The father of murdered Vanja Đorđevska (14) from Skopje, Aleksandar Đorđevski, denied today during his hearing that he provided information about her movements to the main suspect Ljupčo Palevski - Palčo, which, according to the current course of the investigation, led to her abduction and subsequent murder.

Information about his involvement in the case was provided to state authorities by three other defendants, who have already been ordered into custody by a pre-trial judge, which is expected to be extended today, but only after the prosecution receives a criminal complaint against them, A1on reports, as cited by Tanjug.

The father of 14-year-old Vanja was detained for 48 hours yesterday, and the prosecution will seek an extension if he is also included in the investigation.

The fourteen-year-old girl disappeared on the morning of November 27 and was found murdered a few days later.

The body of P.Ž. (74) from Veles, whose disappearance was reported on November 24, was also found near Veles, and according to official data, the same individuals killed both the man and the girl.

Suspects Velibor Manevski, Vlatko Kešišov, and Bore Videvski are in custody, as is the girl's father, while an international arrest warrant has been issued for the main suspect Ljupčo Palevski, for whom custody in absentia has been ordered, which will take effect upon his apprehension.

The girl was buried today at the city cemetery.
