The District Court in Banja Luka today sentenced Miroslav Bojić (42) from Prijedor to 19 years in prison for the criminal offense of sexual violence against a child and intercourse with an incapacitated person, writes the news agency Patria.
Bojić was arrested last year in August, and was immediately ordered into one-month detention.
For as long as six years, this 42-year-old raped his minor daughter. The indictment, filed in March this year, accused him of sexually assaulting his daughter between 2008 and July 2014.
When he first raped her, she was only 11 years old.
