Father of child who wounded teacher in Lukavac to be handed over to the jurisdiction of the TK Prosecutor's Office

(Patria) - The father of the child who shot a teacher in a Lukavac elementary school yesterday will be handed over to the jurisdiction of the Tuzla Canton Prosecutor's Office (TK) today.

He is suspected of two criminal offenses, and further measures will be taken against him after investigation. As stated by the TK Prosecutor's Office, pre-trial detention will most likely be proposed.

- Competent social welfare services and relevant medical institutions are dealing with the child from Lukavac in accordance with legal regulations.

Also in accordance with legal procedures, possibly a competent court in non-contentious proceedings. The Prosecutor's Office cannot provide more information on this matter - said the spokesperson for the TK Prosecutor's Office, Admir Arnautović.
