Suspects in terrorism case: Samir Hadžalić and Ramiz Ibrahimović given restrictive measures

Deciding on the motion of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, the BiH Court issued a decision imposing restrictive measures on Samir Hadžalić and Ramiz Ibrahimović, suspects in terrorism. The measures relate to a travel ban with the temporary confiscation of all travel documents, as well as a ban on issuing new travel documents and crossing the border using an ID card, and mandatory weekly reporting to the competent police stations, reports the BiH news agency Patria.

Hadžalić and Ibrahimović are suspected of organizing a terrorist group, in connection with terrorism, it was announced from the BiH Court.

They were arrested as part of an operation codenamed "Damascus".

In the "Damascus" operation, which was carried out on the order of the BiH Prosecutor's Office on November 13, members of SIPA searched several facilities in the areas of Sarajevo, Zenica, Kakanj, Maglaj, and Živinice, with the aim of finding and temporarily confiscating items that could serve as evidence in further proceedings.

In the operation, Mehmed Tutnić, Enver Lilić, Salko Imamović, Senad Kljajić, Halil Garanović, Ramiz Ibrahimović, Fikret Hadžić, Kenan Okan, Berin Tahić, Semir Hadžalić, and Ahmet Mušanović, who are linked to terrorism, were arrested.
