SARAJEVO, (Patria) - After questioning the suspects in the presence of their lawyers, the acting prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes will submit a proposal for detention to the Court of BiH for all suspects who were deprived of liberty in the SIPA operation in several cities in BiH.
The measure of detention is proposed for the reasons described in Article 132, paragraph 1, points a) and b), i.e., due to the risk of flight and the risk that they might obstruct the investigation, conceal evidence, and influence witnesses or accomplices if at liberty.
The proposal for determining detention includes the following suspects: Kandić Zdravko, born in 1957 in Mostar, Đurđić Dragan, born in 1967 in Doboj, Ivanišević Dragan, aka "Paki", born in 1963 in Nevesinje, Došlo Goran, born in 1967 in Mostar, Trifković Milan, born in 1967 in Mostar, Kandić Siniša, born in 1970 in Mostar, Aćimović Daragoslav, aka "Gaga", born in 1970 in Mostar, Kandić Mladen, aka "Faca", born in 1962 in Mostar.
