Hearings related to the case of organizing the unconstitutional referendum in the RS on September 25 began today at the BiH Prosecutor's Office, reports the Patria news agency.
Statements were given in the capacity of suspects by members of the entity commission for conducting the referendum on RS Day, Goran Zmijanjac and Milan Petković.
The summons they received last week states that they are being called for questioning in the case against Milorad Dodik for the criminal offense of failing to execute a decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH, the Court of BiH, or the Human Rights Chamber.
