(Patria) - Police officers of the Prijedor Police Department, on 03/02/2022, submitted a criminal report to the Prijedor District Public Prosecutor's Office against person D.B. from Prijedor due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of "Tax and Contribution Evasion".
"The suspect is accused of, with the intention of acquiring unlawful property benefit for himself, during 2020, while conducting sales activities as a natural person, realizing a profit on which he did not pay taxes and contributions that represent public revenue, thereby damaging the Budget of Republika Srpska by the amount of KM 18,115.27", the police report states.
