(Patria) - The City of Sarajevo, in cooperation with the Historical Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina, has secured free admission for pensioners to the exhibition "Hugs" by Safet Zec, which is on display until the end of this month.
All pensioners who, with a valid document proving their status, come to the Historical Museum of BiH by February 29th to view the top-tier works of one of the greatest living artists of Bosnia and Herzegovina will be exempt from paying museum admission.
The organizers of the exhibition, which has attracted thousands of visitors over the past two months, are the City of Sarajevo, the Historical Museum, and the Safet Zec Studio.
The works from the "Hugs" cycle by the renowned painter Safet Zec previously adorned the walls of the Venetian church Santa Maria della Pieta, and are now exhibited in the main hall of the Historical Museum of BiH. The exhibition was officially opened on Bosnia and Herzegovina's Statehood Day last year.
Maestro Zec's works can be viewed every day from 9 AM to 9 PM.
