(Patria) - Over the past several years, a hybrid war has been intensively waged against the institutions of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, especially against the Intelligence-Security Agency of BiH. Unfortunately, attacks on the Agency and its leadership have become increasingly frequent in recent months with the aim of destabilizing it, the OSA of BiH announced today.
"These well-planned attacks hinder the work of the Agency, but not its functioning. We are dedicated to our task, primarily to protecting the interests of Bosnia and Herzegovina and its citizens, fighting crime and corruption, and all threats coming from within or outside.
We completely reject all allegations that link the leadership and the Intelligence-Security Agency of BiH with suspects of criminal offenses and ask all media to, when publishing information about the Intelligence-Security Agency of BiH and its leadership, write based on facts and in an objective manner so as not to disturb the public in Bosnia and Herzegovina and endanger
the integrity of the Agency and the lives of its employees.
Also, we call on all partner agencies in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the police, prosecutor's offices and courts at all levels, to become more actively involved in the fight against corruption and crime. The cooperation so far
of the Intelligence-Security Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina with partner organizations in our country and abroad has never been lacking, and it will not be this time either.
The Intelligence-Security Agency of BiH continues to work as before, in the interest of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina and all its peoples and citizens," the Agency announced.
