AFBiH intensively extinguishes fire in the Neum municipality area despite challenging conditions

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Helicopters of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina have been actively participating in extinguishing the fire in the Neum municipality area since early this morning.

Despite unfavorable weather conditions that further complicate firefighting from the air and on the ground, significant efforts have been made to suppress the blaze.

High temperatures and strong winds are slowing down helicopter crews from completely neutralizing the fire in this area, and it is expected that in the afternoon hours, when the air temperature is lower,
the helicopter crews of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina will continue to operate even more intensively at this location.
