Indictment against RS Minister of Police: Lukač beat a man who was left disabled after the beating

"District Public Prosecutor's Office Banja Luka on 06/12/2015, filed an indictment with a criminal order against Dragan Lukač from Banja Luka, for the criminal offense of minor bodily injury from Article 155, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Republika Srpska. The indictment has been forwarded to the Basic Court Banja Luka for confirmation," I was answered by the District Public Prosecutor's Office Banja Luka.

This answer confirms that the District Public Prosecutor's Office did not succumb to political pressure to cover up the case of D. Spasojević's beating and let it be forgotten.

Minister of Police Dragan Lukač severely beat Spasojević in August last year in front of the building where he lives. Spasojević was left disabled after the beating, suffering a severe skull fracture, concussion, severe eye damage, and other injuries.

Lukač first knocked Spasojević to the ground, then kicked him hard in the head, causing him severe injuries.

It is surprising that the Prosecutor's Office classified these injuries as minor, but the most important thing is that the indictment was filed, despite all the pressure.

The political leadership of Republika Srpska knew about Lukač's criminal complaint, filed by CJB Banja Luka, but appointed him Minister of Police despite this.

I previously claimed that Lukač thinks with his rifle butt, not his head, and his brutal attack on Spasojević is the best proof of this.
