Caution on roads, works, landslides and rockfalls on numerous sections

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Traffic is moving on predominantly dry roads in BiH, but we continue to warn about frequent rockfalls and advise more cautious driving.

On the Tuzla-Kalesija road (Simin Han-Caparde section) due to works in the Čaklovići tunnel, traffic is suspended from 10 PM to 6 AM and rerouted to the alternative route via Dubrave. During the day, passenger vehicles from the direction of Tuzla drive through the tunnel, and from the direction of Kalesija via the bypass around the tunnel. Heavy goods vehicles are also directed via Dubrave during the day.

Works are also underway in the Crnaja tunnel on the Konjic-Jablanica section, where traffic alternates, one lane at a time, during the day, while traffic through the tunnel is suspended at night (11 PM - 4:30 AM).

Other roads with ongoing works include: Ustikolina-Goražde (Ustikolina and Mravinjac bridges), Doboj-Rudanka, Tarčin-Konjic (Donja Raštelica), Stolac-Hutovo (Cerovica place), Posušje-Tomislavgrad (Čitluk settlement) and Banovići-Ribnica (at the exit from Banovići), as well as the intersection of main roads in Bosanski Petrovac.

Due to numerous rockfalls and the danger of landslides on the main road Brod na Drini-GP Hum/Šćepan Polje, passenger vehicles are experiencing difficult passage, while traffic is suspended for heavy goods vehicles.

On the A-1 highway section Zvirovići-Bijača, due to regular maintenance of the Bijela Vlaka tunnel, traffic will be suspended in both tunnel tubes tonight from 8 PM (until 6 AM tomorrow).

Traffic is heavy and there is a long queue at the exit from BiH at the GP Bosanska Gradiška border crossing. At other border crossings, waiting times are currently no longer than 30 minutes.
