Shop and betting shop robbed at gunpoint

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Two robberies committed at gunpoint were reported to the Sarajevo police on Sunday. 

The first robbery was reported at 8:30 AM in Prijedorska Street, Novi Grad Sarajevo municipality, at the Amko-komerc store. Two masked individuals, threatening with a pistol, stole a certain amount of money and then left in an unknown direction.

The prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton was informed, and police officers of the Police Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton are working on clarifying and documenting the said criminal offense, identifying and finding the perpetrators.

The second robbery occurred at 11:15 AM in Višnjik Street, Centar Sarajevo municipality, where two masked individuals robbed an employee of the "Millenium" sports betting shop at gunpoint. 

The Sarajevo police are searching for the robbers.
