Operational action "Predator" at several locations in FBiH

(Patria) - Police officers of the Federal Police Administration, from 05/19 until today, under the supervision of the competent cantonal prosecutor's offices, are carrying out measures and actions within their jurisdiction, in the operational action codenamed "Predator", in the area of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, related to documenting persons connected with the criminal offense of "Exploitation of a child or minor for pornography" from Article 211 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, it was announced from the FUP.

"As part of the mentioned activities, and based on the Orders of the Municipal Courts, searches of residential buildings at six locations in the municipalities of Široki Brijeg, Mostar, Tuzla, Srebrenik, and Živinice have been carried out so far, during which several computers, servers, electronic and optical media for storing data in digital form, mobile phones with accompanying SIM cards, and other items originating from or related to the aforementioned criminal offense have been found and seized.

These items will be subject to expert examination in the coming period in order to prove and document the persons suspected of committing the above-mentioned criminal offense," it was announced from the FUP.

Assistance during these activities is provided by police officers of the cantonal ministries of internal affairs.

Activities on the implementation of this operational action continue.
