Work on this international case has been conducted for a longer period under the organization of EUROJUST and EUROPOL.
As part of this international operation, police officers from the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended three individuals in the Sarajevo and Tuzla areas, due to grounds for suspicion that they committed the criminal offenses of 'Organizing a group or association for the commission of the criminal offense of migrant smuggling' and 'Human trafficking', as prescribed by the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
