Municipal Court Sarajevo confirms indictment against Mujčinović, who was found with 100 kg of drugs

(Patria) - The Municipal Court in Sarajevo has confirmed the indictment of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office against Haris Mujčinović for the criminal offenses of unauthorized production and trafficking of narcotic drugs, and illegal possession of weapons or explosives.

Mujčinović is accused of hiding about 100 kilograms of drugs in a house in Mošćanica, Sarajevo, with the intention of further sale. During the search of the apartment in February this year, investigators from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton found about 2 kilograms of cocaine, more than 4 kilograms of speed, 86 kilograms of marijuana, 26,158 ecstasy tablets, and about 31 liters of amphetamine oil.

Also, two rifles, five pistols, two pistol silencers, and about 400 rounds of ammunition of various calibers were found and seized in the apartment.

The acting prosecutor proposed to the court to extend the detention of the accused. For the main trial, it is proposed to hear six witnesses, four experts, and present more than 40 material evidence.
