Municipal Court Orders One Month Detention for Amir Pašić Faćo

(Patria) - The Municipal Court in Sarajevo, after today's hearing, decided to order one month of detention for Amir Pašić, known as Faćo, Faktor has learned.

The Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office suspects Pašić of "using curses, insults, and offensive language via the social networks TikTok and YouTube to insult the dignity of three female journalists and the Deputy Minister for Human Rights and Refugees of BiH, thereby violating their psychological integrity and committing the criminal offense of psychological violence in a more severe form committed through information and communication technology".
