SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Collegium of the Sarajevo Canton Assembly confirmed today that the regular session of the Assembly will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2020. As agreed, the agenda of the 24th session will include the Proposal of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Inspections of the Sarajevo Canton, the Proposal of the Decision on Granting Consent to the Amendments to the Financial Plan of the Sarajevo Canton Health Insurance Fund for 2020, and the Decision on Amendments to the Decision on the Execution of the Financial Plan of the Sarajevo Canton Health Insurance Fund for 2020.
The Proposal of Decisions on awarding public recognitions of the Sarajevo Canton will also be considered, the Proposal of the Decision on granting consent for the signing of a real estate purchase agreement in accordance with Article 23 of the Law on Expropriation of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the purpose of constructing the I Transversal road, section Kranjčevićeva-Bare-Hotonj, and the Proposal of the Decision on granting consent for the conclusion of the Agreement on the transfer of ownership and possession of real estate between the Sarajevo Canton Development Institute on one side and KJKP "Pokop" d.o.o. Sarajevo on the other side, free of charge.
At the very beginning of the session, deputies will also submit initiatives and questions, and the Proposal of the Work Program of the SKS for 2020 will be considered.
The Program for marking the Day of the Sarajevo Canton from May 2 to May 9, 2020 will also be discussed.
The agenda also includes the Information from the Government of the Sarajevo Canton and the Civil Protection Headquarters of the Sarajevo Canton on the activities undertaken by the ministries regarding the implementation of measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus infectious disease, and the Information on mitigating the consequences of the coronavirus pandemic on the economy in the Sarajevo Canton with a proposal of measures.
As announced, the Assembly session will be held online due to the declared state of emergency. In case of achieving adequate technical conditions for live broadcasting, citizens will be informed in a timely manner.
