After several months of activities, negotiations on harmonizing the branch Collective Agreement for the electric power industry in the Federation of BiH with the Labour Law and the General Collective Agreement have been successfully concluded, it was announced from the FBiH Government, writes the Patria News Agency.
The negotiations were led by the Trade Union of Electric Power Workers of FBiH and the Independent Trade Union of Employees of Elektroprivreda HZHB, representatives of the Negotiating Team of the Government of the Federation of BiH and the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry, as well as representatives of the management of JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. Sarajevo and JP Elektroprivreda HZHB d.d. Mostar.
The FBiH Government and the relevant federal ministry believe that the successful conclusion of negotiations on harmonizing the Collective Agreement for the electric power industry represents a significant step forward in strengthening social dialogue in this economic sector.
The harmonized text of the branch Collective Agreement for the electric power industry in the Federation of BiH will be sent for consideration to the Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina Federation.
