Liaison Officer for Financial Crime from the British Embassy visited SIPA

The Liaison Officer for Financial Crime at the British Embassy in Vienna, Garry Lisle, visited the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) today and met with Deputy Director Đuro Knežević.

The Deputy Director of SIPA informed the representative of the British Embassy about all significant aspects of SIPA's work, its competencies, and the role it plays in the security system of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the context of combating various forms of financial crime.

Garry Lisle stated that Great Britain is open to any form of cooperation in areas of mutual interest, and expressed readiness to provide support to SIPA's work and strengthen its capacities through various projects.

It was concluded at the meeting that the cooperation so far has been successful, and that it will be further improved in the coming period.
