Business conference held in Vienna, meeting of businessmen from BiH and Austria

The Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Republic of Austria, together with the Austrian Chamber of Commerce and in cooperation with chambers of commerce from BiH - the Foreign Trade Chamber of BiH, the Chamber of Commerce of RS and the Chamber of Commerce of Federation of BiH organized a business conference Bosnia and Herzegovina – Austria on January 27, 2015, which was held in Vienna, reports the BiH news agency Patria.

The conference consisted of a plenary session and direct meetings of businessmen.

During the plenary session, the Ambassador of BiH to the Republic of Austria, Tanja Milašinović Martinović, welcomed the attendees and thanked them for the excellent cooperation, which resulted in a successfully organized business conference.

From the representatives of chambers in BiH, the attendees were addressed by the Vice-President of the Foreign Trade Chamber of BiH, Ahmet Egrlić, the Director of the Export Promotion Agency at the FTC BiH, Enes Ališković, and the Deputy Director of the FIPA agency, Blaženka Mišković. The representative of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce in BiH, Sigmund Nemeti, spoke about Austrian business in BiH, and Karlheinz Dobnigg from Reiffeisen bank and Enes Kahrimanović from the company AustroNet spoke about specific Austrian investments.

Around 150 participants attended this gathering – representatives of 39 companies from Bosnia and Herzegovina and 73 from Austria.
