Second day of the Postfest student theatre festival held

(Patria) - On Friday, November 29, a round table discussion - Postfestum was held at the Open Stage Obala, attended by actors from the play "Helvera's Night" Aleksandra Arizović, Rastko Mićić, and sound designer (character name) and lighting designer (girl's name). The round table was led by fourth-year dramaturgy student Emina Kovačević. Through the conversation with the actors and artistic collaborators, the audience had the opportunity to learn more about their process of developing this piece, how they personally found themselves in those roles, and the importance of audio and visual design for this play. In addition to the participants of the play, festival guests, students from Academies in Sarajevo, Banja Luka, and Tuzla, were also present, and the first Postfestum concluded with praise and positive reviews.

The first masterclass was also held with the renowned BiH actress and professor at the Academy of Performing Arts Jasna Žalica. The topic of the masterclass was "The Actor's Body in Space," and the conversation with Žalica was led by young actor and ASU student Tarik Džinić. At 8 PM, students from the Academy of Dramatic Arts Banja Luka presented themselves to the Sarajevo audience with the play "The Glembaj Family." This classic work by writer Miroslav Krleža, which deals with the dark secrets and corruption of the wealthy Glembaj family, was performed by the young actors with authenticity to the play and the time in which it was written. The play stars: Aleksandar Stevanović, Ivana Kanjuga, Duje Martinić, Dragana Ilić, Anando Ćenić, Jelena Jandrić, Nemanja Bajić, and Svetozar Babić, under the mentorship of professor Željko Mitrović. The play had an ambient atmosphere, and the costumes and scenography corresponded to Krleža's naturalism.

The second night of Postfest was met with a long applause and the audience's enthusiasm.
