Detention ordered for two individuals: They abused three children

The Municipal Court in Živinice ordered a one-month detention for suspects N.H. and S.S. due to strong suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of domestic violence.

"In a manner that, from September 2023 until October 6, 2025, in their family home, where they lived in an extramarital union with three minor children of N.H. and two minor children of S.S., and after N.H. had physically abused a minor child in an earlier period, causing injuries, and after they moved to Živinice, they constantly physically abused the three minor children, and endangered the peace and physical integrity of a family member - the child against whom the offense was committed - through violence and reckless behavior," the Municipal Court in Živinice announced.

The suspects can appeal the detention to the Criminal Panel of the Municipal Court in Živinice.
