Detention ordered for Mandić in Banja Luka murder case

(Patria) - The investigating judge for preliminary proceedings at the District Court in Banja Luka today ordered one month of detention for suspect D. M. due to the existence of a well-founded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of aggravated murder.

- The detention is calculated from the day and time of deprivation of liberty, starting from December 3, 2022, at 03:00 AM, and under this decision, it can last until January 3, 2023, at 03:00 AM at the latest - the District Court announced.

The District Court in Banja Luka ordered his detention at the proposal of the Banja Luka District Public Prosecutor's Office.

We remind you that the Banja Luka police brought Dalibor Mandić to the District Prosecutor's Office on Saturday, suspected of fatally stabbing 28-year-old Ariel Bogdanović on Friday, December 2.
