(Patria) - At the proposal of the acting prosecutor of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office, the Cantonal Court ordered one-month detention for two citizens of Afghanistan due to the criminal offense of attempted murder, it was confirmed by the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office.
"Detention was ordered due to the risk of them fleeing, the risk of influencing accomplices, concealing evidence, re-offending, and due to the risk that the public could be disturbed by the suspects remaining at liberty," it is stated.
Ismail Ghani and Faisal Ahmadzai are suspected of shooting at six migrants with rifles and pistols on Monday evening in Kamenolom Street, along with two other migrants, two of whom sustained life-threatening injuries.
