One-month detention ordered for police officer Amar Turčalo

(Patria) - The Municipal Court in Sarajevo has ordered one-month detention for the suspect police officer A.T. due to the existence of grounded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of Sexual Abuse of a Child over 15 years of age under Article 210d, Paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CC FBiH).

Detention is ordered for the legal reasons prescribed by Article 146, Paragraph (1), Point c) of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Federation of BiH, which can last for a maximum of 1 (one) month, i.e., until 02.12.2025, or until a different court decision.

The suspect is police officer Amar Turčalo, who was deprived of his liberty on Saturday.
