Decision on Temporary Financing: Three-Month State Budget 237.5 Million KM

The Council of Ministers of BiH, at the proposal of the Ministry of Finance and Treasury, adopted the Decision on Temporary Financing of BiH Institutions and BiH International Obligations for the period April - June 2015, which has been set at the amount of 237,500,000.00 KM and is at the level of one quarter of the funds approved for financing institutions in accordance with the Law on the Budget of Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina and International Obligations for 2014, reports the Patria News Agency.   

The decision was made due to the continued regular servicing of external debt and the financing of multi-year projects and other obligations at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina institutions.

The allocation of expenditures by budget users in this period will be carried out on the basis of the users' budgets established in the Law on the Budget of Institutions of BiH and International Obligations of BiH for 2014 in amounts that enable the performance of activities within the legally defined competencies of budget users.

The Ministry of Finance and Treasury, together with budget users, is harmonizing operational plans for the period of validity of this decision, it was announced from the Council of Ministers of BiH.
