Decision on the continuation of Aluminij's operations at the extraordinary company assembly on September 23

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - An extraordinary Assembly of "Aluminij" d.d. will be held in Mostar on September 23, starting at 12:00 PM.

The following agenda has been proposed for the session: determining the quorum for decision-making, election of the Assembly's working bodies, making a decision on the continuation of the Company's operations, making a decision on the dismissal of three members of the Supervisory Board due to the expiration of their mandate.

The mandate of the Supervisory Board members expired on August 31.

The agenda will also include making a decision on the election of a new Supervisory Board, a decision on the dismissal of two members of the Audit Committee and the election of new members.

The session plans to make a decision on other amendments and supplements to the Statute.
