Public sales of seized taxpayer property postponed

(Patria) - Taxpayers and interested bidders are hereby informed that the Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH is postponing all public sales of seized taxpayer property in forced collection scheduled until April 10, 2020, based on the Decision of the Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina on declaring a disaster caused by the appearance of coronavirus (COVID 19), number 408/2020 of March 16, 2020, which declared a state of disaster caused by the appearance of coronavirus in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and in accordance with the Decision of the Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH on postponing all public sales in forced collection scheduled until April 10, 2020.

Submitted bids for public sales scheduled until April 10, 2020 will be returned to bidders, unopened, along with a notice of postponement of the public sale. This measure will apply until the Decision of the Tax Administration is repealed, or as long as the danger of the spread of coronavirus lasts.
