N1 reports that in addition to demobilized soldiers, a large number of police officers are present at Bijača.

BIHAMK announced that traffic has been blocked since 7:40 PM.

Drago Grbavac from the association "Forgotten Veterans" told Avaz that people are outraged by everything that is happening to them.

“Believe me, I don't know when all this will end. We've had enough of everything. There are about 100 of us at Bijača right now, people are coming and going. Shifts might even be formed. Special police officers are also here. We'll see what happens,” said Grbavac.

Thousands of demobilized soldiers of the Army of RBiH and HVO are seeking a new veterans law, which would provide regular financial benefits for those demobilized soldiers who do not have a pension or employment, as well as some other benefits, such as guaranteed medical services, writes the Patria agency.

They believe that the current law provides these benefits to those who were not participants in the war, while, as they point out, a large number of actual war participants are living on the edge of poverty today. 

The Commission for Harmonization of Differently Adopted Legal Texts in the Houses of the Parliament of the FBiH harmonized the Proposal of the Veterans Law in the FBiH at a session in Mostar on Wednesday. The proposal will be sent back to Parliament for adoption, which can accept or reject the law.

The Government of the FBiH is not satisfied with the Proposal of the Veterans Law that was harmonized at the Commission in Mostar. They claim that its implementation requires an additional 200 million KM annually, "which the FBiH cannot afford."
