He leaked data to Delimustafić and others: KS Prosecutor's Office prosecutor Džemal Karić arrested

In the continuation of the operation "Pravda" in which members of the organized group Alija Delimustafić and others were previously arrested, by order of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton, members of the Federal Police Administration arrested Džemal Karić, a prosecutor of the KS Prosecutor's Office.

- The Prosecutor's Office accuses him of providing legal advice and data on cases pending before this Prosecutor's Office and courts in KS to the organizers and members of this criminal organization - said Azra Bavčić for Patria.

Karić was the acting prosecutor in the Eronet case, in which Dragan Čović was also suspected, N1 previously reported, and the indictment was filed after seven years.

Police officers of the Agency for Investigation and Protection of BiH (SIPA) today arrested Idriz Begić, a prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Una-Sana Canton, by order of the KS Prosecutor's Office. Begić is charged with the criminal offense of receiving gifts and other forms of benefit. A search of the premises of the USK Prosecutor's Office is underway.
