Paying tribute to victims: Graffiti supporting the "Seven Thousand" action appear in Belgrade

The action by journalist Dušan Mašić, in which 7,000 people are expected to lie down in front of the Assembly in Belgrade on July 11 to pay tribute to the victims of the Srebrenica genocide, has so far been joined by several hundred citizens, writes the BH News Agency Patria.

Precisely at a time when Serbia opposes the Resolution on Srebrenica, which will be sent to the United Nations in New York on July 7 at the proposal of Great Britain, this action by the brave Dušan Mašić has an even greater significance.

At the same time as Serbia is arresting BiH citizens in other countries and seeking the extradition of Srebrenica war commander Naser Orić just a few days before the 20th anniversary of the Srebrenica genocide, the Seven Thousand action is gaining support.

Thus, graffiti of support appeared in Belgrade with the message "Don't turn your head the other way 7000", and on the other hand, Mašić expresses his opinion on the Orić case on social networks.

- Can any legal expert explain how Serbia can prosecute a foreign national for a crime committed in a foreign country? Whoever that may be - Mašić wonders.
